Yogyakarta was actually a detour for us, so many people had recommended not to going to Jakarta and instead just going to Yogya. We took the advice and were glad for it, our time there was spent exploring outdoor markets and seeing ancient structures that are still being pieced back together from the rubble of a natural disaster.
