Goa was our first beach front destination and we definitely enjoyed the reprieve from the cities we had been traveling through. Goa was like a completely different country, it was modern and unique to the rest of India. We spent our days on the beach and our nights in a tent that was fully equipped with electricity, air conditioning and a toilet and shower. The beautiful artisan markets and live music are available in abundance and had us wishing we could spend a couple more days.
